Our Annual DOMI Awards are the highlight of our year. With quarterly heats leading up to our annual DOMIs event, we get the chance to celebrate our colleagues and make sure their hard work shines.

We make sure support office and supply chain colleagues are not only well paid for their hard work, but that they get an excellent benefits package too. Whatever role you’re applying for in our stores, it is important to us that we make sure you’re equipped with the tools and knowledge you need to do the job, and to succeed. That’s why we offer a full online suite of learning for all store team members, from the first day induction to driver training, right through to launching a career in store management and area management.

We love seeing our team members grow and develop and know there’s no one better prepared to run a store than someone who has worked in one already. That’s why our ‘Academy’ makes sure every team member has access to a full career pathway – that, if they want to, takes them from store team member to Franchise Partner. The Academy programme includes development courses accredited by the Chartered Management Institute, meaning graduates earn a nationally recognised qualification too!

Other learning and development initiatives include an “Area Manager Programme”, which is accredited by the Chartered Institute of Management, and a “Rising Stars programme” to help develop the next generation of store and area managers.
