Job Title: Head of Business Technology
How long have you worked for Domino’s, and how did you start?
I’m in my 6th year of working at Domino’s, and it has been an amazing journey with lots of recognition and opportunities to grow. I started as a Manager in our IT function and have since moved up into a leadership role as Head of Business. The support and guidance from the senior leadership team has been instrumental in shaping my career at Domino’s.
What has been your biggest achievement while working for Domino’s?
There are so many things I’ve done that I am proud of, but there have been a couple of game-changing projects that have helped to transform our digital capabilities – and I’ll forever look back on them and be proud to have been a part of that success.
What would you say to someone who was thinking about working at Domino’s?
I am extremely proud to work for a company with strong values, and ones that I really feel passionate about. Each and every person in the business is united in their belief in doing the right thing and being part of that makes me feel good. The culture and the people make you feel like your job, and everything you do, matters.
What are you hoping to achieve in the future?
I love helping grow our business through new technology, and I can’t wait to being at the cutting edge of implementing future innovations to enhance how we deliver for customers.
What’s the big thing that keeps you working at Domino’s?

Elise McCrone
Location: Solihull, West Midlands
Job Title: Senior CRM Manager
How long have you worked for Domino’s, and how did you start?
I’ve been working at Domino’s for about three years. During COVID, I decided to move closer to friends and family and was looking for a role with flexibility. I travel to Milton Keynes to spend time with my team once a week and spend the rest of my time at home, which works perfectly for me and my life.
What has been your biggest achievement while working for Domino’s?
I feel a huge sense of achievement when I’m able to share my knowledge and coach the team to achieve their goals.
What would you say to someone who was thinking about working at Domino’s?
Do it! There’s never a dull moment and it’s an extremely fast-paced and dynamic workplace, full of experienced leaders who you can learn from and who will support you.
What are you hoping to achieve in the future?
I’d never say no to diversifying! One of the great things about Domino’s is you have the chance to work in lots of different areas of the business, which keeps things fresh and interesting, and you learn new skills all the time.
What’s the big thing that keeps you working at Domino’s?
For me it’s the amazing leadership – who you get to work for is important, and I have nothing but admiration and respect for the people who lead the Domino’s business.

How long have you worked for Domino’s, and how did you start?
I’ve been working at Domino’s for over 7 years, starting out at as a Transport Coordinator. My time here has gone by so fast, and it’s really been an amazing place to work.
What has been your biggest achievement while working for Domino’s?
I was recently promoted to Transport Shift Manager, which was amazing. I love learning and developing, and I’m really glad that my career is continuing to grow at Domino’s.
What would you say to someone who was thinking about working at Domino’s?
Domino’s is not just a great company to work for, for me it’s become like my second family. The people are lovely and so supportive of each other. I feel like Domino’s really takes care of its people.
What are you hoping to achieve in the future?
While I’m still new to my role, and learning every day, I’m excited to start working towards the next step in my career at Domino’s!
What’s the big thing that keeps you working at Domino’s?
I love being in a career where I know I have the opportunity to progress, grow and learn new skills in a supportive environment that values me.

Daniel Karikari

Job Title: Warehouse Manager
How long have you worked for Domino’s, and how did you start?
I've spent the last 22 years working for Domino’s. It makes me so proud to work for Domino’s, and I love the challenges of my job. I’ve had the chance to do so many amazing things in my time here, and I’ve met some really great people along the way.
What has been your biggest achievement while working for Domino’s?
I’ve seen a lot of change and have been excited to be part of our growing success. As part of my role, I’ve been involved in a lot of big projects that have transformed the way we do things, making them more operationally efficient so that things work better for everyone. It was a big change and I was so proud to be part of it!
What would you say to someone who was thinking about working at Domino’s?
I’d encourage anyone to consider a career with Domino’s, it’s a great place to be if you like working with others and are motivated by delivering incredible results. I wouldn’t change working here for anything!
What are you hoping to achieve in the future?
In the future I want to keep progressing and growing in the company, and I’m already working towards my next goal. Watch this space!

It’s absolutely the people. I get to work with a fantastic team and inspiring management, and I love the collaboration of working on issues and delivering amazing results.

Eridiona Polovina - Shift Manager
Store you work at: Mill Hill
How long have you worked for Domino’s, and how did you start?
I joined in Domino’s 2021, after a friend recommended it to me. I began my journey as an in-store team member, where I quickly learned the art of making a perfect Domino’s pizza. My commitment and hard was recognised by my store manager, and I was quickly promoted to the position of Opening Supervisor and then Shift Manager within a few months. I really love my job and am grateful for the opportunities for growth and advancement Domino's has given me.
What does a typical day look like for you?
A typical day can be really varied from helping customers, training team members, to making pizzas during a busy rush. My role is to support and coach my team, oversee the pizza making process and ensure consistency for every order. I really enjoy the challenge and am passionate about making sure every customer gets the best service and product.
What has been your biggest achievement while working for Domino’s?
My biggest achievement while working at Domino’s has been winning the ‘We Grow and Win Together Award.’ I am truly proud to have been part of this accomplishment. It fuels my commitment to maintain and exceed these high standards in the future. This award reflects the dedication of everyone at our Domino’s store, and I look forward to continuing this journey of growth and success with my amazing team.
What would say to someone who was thinking about working at Domino’s?
I would tell them that it’s a great place to learn and grow. The environment is supportive and there are many skills that everyone can get from customer service and teamwork. It’s also really fun!
What are you hoping to achieve in the future? (could be at Domino’s or more broad that than)
In the future, I’m looking forward to continuing to expand my knowledge and skills . I believe in lifelong learning, and I see many opportunities for that at Domino’s.
What’s the big thing that keeps you working at Domino’s?
What keeps me at Domino’s is the satisfaction that I get from helping people. Whether I’m providing information or solving problems, it feels good to know that I’m making a positive impact.

Prashanthan Mahendran - Area Manager

How long have you worked for Domino’s, and how did you start?
I started my career with Domino’s back in 2011, when I was hired to work as a delivery driver. I really enjoyed it and wanted to develop my career further. My manager supported me with training opportunities and within a year I was promoted to shift manager, and then store manager. In 2022 I became area manager, where I am currently managing five stores.
What does a typical day look like for you?
A typical day for me is ensuring my teams are set up for success. I visit my stores during the rush, to understand and assess how they perform at peak. I love speaking to all my team, to make sure they are happy and motivated to work. Our goal is to deliver the best service for our customers, and my role is ensuring the teams are set up to do that.
What has been your biggest achievement while working for Domino’s?
I would say becoming an area manager, having started out as a driver, is my biggest achievement.
What would say to someone who was thinking about working at Domino’s?
It is a wonderful working place where there are so many opportunities to develop and be yourself. It’s a happy and fun place to work, and with determination anyone can thrive.
What are you hoping to achieve in the future?
I look forward to building on my career as a successful area manager. I will continue to focus on my leadership qualities to ensure I achieve my goals for the future.
What’s the biggest thing that keeps you working at Domino’s?
Domino’s values my development and I can be myself. They keep me happy by rewarding my hard work and this is why I stay at Domino’s.
