DOMINO’S PIZZA GROUP STRENGTHENS SENIOR LEADERSHIP TEAM TO DELIVER STRATEGIC PRIORITIES
16 March 2026[16 March 2026] - Domino’s Pizza Group (“Domino’s”) today announces updates to its senior leadership team as it sharpens its focus on strengthening the core business and delivering its FY26 strategic priorities.
Further to the announcement on 18 September 2025, Andrew Andrea today formally assumes his role as Chief Financial Officer with responsibility for the UK and ROI business. Andrew joins Domino’s with extensive experience as a FTSE CFO and deep expertise in hospitality and franchise models and will play a central role in driving financial discipline, operational focus and long-term value creation as the Group executes its strategy.
As the business builds momentum into 2026, it remains focused on four clear priorities: growing revenue through the core, expanding the addressable market, accelerating digital capability, and driving operational efficiency and cost control.
To further support delivery against these priorities, the brand’s Chief Marketing Officer, Sarah Barron has been appointed Chief Commercial & Operating Officer for the UK & Ireland. In this expanded leadership role, Sarah will provide end to end oversight of commercial and operational performance, strengthening alignment across the core platform and enabling the business to deliver its growth initiatives with pace and discipline.
Nicola Frampton, Interim Chief Executive Officer at Domino’s said: “
“As we set out in our FY25 results last week, our focus is firmly on strengthening our core business and delivering against our strategic priorities with clarity and discipline. Andrew’s arrival as CFO further reinforces the strength of our leadership team at an important time for the Group. His experience operating in franchise environments and delivering financial rigour will be invaluable as we continue to execute our strategy.
“We are pleased to announce that our CMO, Sarah Barron, has been appointed to the new role of Chief Commercial & Operating Officer for the UK & Ireland. Sarah has been instrumental in delivering our commercial performance over the last five years, building Domino’s exceptional digital, data, innovation and marketing capability to deliver our key growth initiatives. She brings deep understanding of our customers, franchisees and operating platform and is ideally suited to step into this broader remit.”
