DOMINO’S SCOUTS FOR 5,000 NEW RECRUITS TO JOIN ITS WINNING TEAM

12 September 2023: Domino’s, the nation’s best loved pizza company, is hiring over 5,000 roles across the UK as part of a fresh recruitment drive this September. Domino’s is committed to delivering customers’ favourite pizza to all corners of the UK to continue to meet the growing demand for its piping hot, delicious pizza.

Following a successful first six months of the year, with record order numbers and an acceleration of new store openings, Domino’s is calling for more pizza lovers to join the team. The business is looking for budding delivery drivers, in-store team members and pizza makers in preparation for the busy festive season ahead.

The entrepreneurial spirit across the brand means that everyone has a chance to succeed at Domino’s. As well as on-the-job training, flexible working hours, and a fun fast-paced environment, there are also opportunities for long-term career development. Over 90 per cent of Domino’s store managers and area managers started out as a delivery driver or pizza maker.

Employees can even go on to become franchise partners in their own right, operating their own stores through Domino’s Homegrown Heroes programme. The initiative supports current and former Domino’s colleagues to buy and operate their own store, and since 2021 the scheme has successfully introduced six new franchise partners into the system.
