DOMINO’S ANNOUNCES 5,000 NEW JOBS

16 September 2024: Domino’s, the UK’s leading pizza brand, has announced a recruitment campaign to hire 5,000 new colleagues across the UK and Ireland, in preparation for its busy peak season. Domino’s is looking for delivery drivers, in-store colleagues and pizza makers to join their expanding team of 35,000 Dominoids. Offering a wide range of flexible shifts available across the week, there are roles and hours to suit all.

Domino’s is passionate about supporting social mobility and developing its people to thrive. There are lots of opportunities available for colleagues to be trained and supported throughout their Domino’s journey. It is testament to Domino’s career development and on-the-job training that 90% of Domino’s store managers started out as delivery drivers or pizza makers.

The opportunities for career growth at Domino’s don’t stop there. The Domino’s Homegrown Heroes programme offers the opportunity for team members to have their own Domino’s store and become a Domino’s franchisee. Colleagues on the programme are taught the skills needed to set up and run a store, and are provided with the support needed for it to become a real success.
