DO I NEED TO HAVE HOT FOOD TAKEAWAY PLANNING CONSENT? 

No, if the property meets our other requirements we’ll apply for planning.

AM I ENTITLED TO A FINDER'S FEE IF I'M NOT AN AGENT?

Yes, as long as you’re not the landlord or acting on behalf of the landlord, as this will create a conflict of interest. - Find out more

CAN I SUBMIT A PROPERTY THAT IS NOT ON YOUR TARGET LIST ? 

Yes, but we are really focusing on expansion in these target areas

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO TURN MY SHOP INTO A DOMINO'S STORE?

It depends on the condition of the site, and whether suitable planning is already in place.

DO YOU TAKE BOTH LEASEHOLD & FREEHOLD PROPERTIES?

Yes. The majority of our properties are held on a leasehold basis, but we’ll also consider freehold properties.

CAN I BE THE FRANCHISEE FOR MY SHOP?

We allocate stores and territories to franchisees based on our eligibility criteria being met. Currently, we don’t have any vacancies for new franchisees.

DO YOU PAY PREMIUMS?

We will consider paying premiums in certain circumstances.

WHAT LEASE TERM WILL DOMINO'S SIGN UP TO?

Our ideal lease length is 20 years.

WHO TAKES THE LEASE, DOMINO'S OR THE FRANCHISEE?

We take the head lease either as joint tenants or sub-lets to our franchisees.

WHAT INFORMATION DO I NEED TO SUPPLY TO FIND OUT IF MY PROPERTY IS SUITABLE FOR DOMINO'S?

We need the full postal address, including a complete postcode; guidance on the existing planning class (if known) and whether parking is available; as well as the size of the unit. Find out more
